MENU NOTES:
Low Carbohydrate
For an additional charge of 1.00 you may substitute fresh steamed vegetables in place of pasta on any dish.

Vegetarians
In addition to our vegetarian menu you may wish to explore our "Create Your Own Pasta" section for dozens of possibilities. Also, you may substitute mushrooms for meat in the following dishes: Cajun Pasta, Pasta Pancetta, Puttanesca, NewOrleans, and Rigatoni Siciliano.

Wheatless / Eggless
We always have at least one wheatless eggless pasta available which you may substitute with any dish or use to "Create Your Own". However, unlike our other pastas it is dried, not fresh and so will have a different texture.

Lite Menu
Most dishes, although not as flavorful, may be ordered with light oil, less cream, or you may substitute oil for cream.

Please note: all meat and fish orders will be fully cooked. We are unable to
accommodate requests for "rare" or "seared" items.

We are happy to accommodate groups of up to 70 persons in our Hermosa Beach Restaurant. No smoking. Water served on request. First come first served. Reservations for parties of 6 or more, when available. $4.95 minimum per person for table service. $2.00 split charge on all entrees. 18% gratuity may be added to parties of 6 or more. $1.50 per person corkage. $10.00 minimum on credit card transactions.
